A Night of Holding: Grief-Tending Ritual & Care
With Jenna, Sarah, and Natalie

Held Monthly at The Grief Room

A quiet evening to explore how we hold grief, loss, and tenderness through the body, presence, ritual, and care. This gathering offers space to slow down, soften where you are able, and receive support in the company of others.

A night to remember your grief matters.

Grief can live in our bodies in many ways - as tension, restlessness, exhaustion, numbness, or a longing for comfort. Sometimes words come easily; sometimes we need another way to be with what we carry. Through gentle Qigong, Reiki, craniosacral care, and shared grief-tending ritual, we will explore practices that invite rest, connection, and room for whatever is present.

The evening will include opportunities to receive care, reflect quietly, and gather around a nourishing meal. There will be space for both connection and solitude, with no expectation to tell your story or participate in every offering. All practices are invitational, and your preferences and boundaries will guide the care you receive.

A night to gently tend to your grief.

You are welcome with grief connected to death, relationships, transitions, identity, collective loss, or experiences you may not yet have words for.

There is no particular way you need to feel when you arrive or when you leave.

Come as you are, with what you are carrying. For a few hours, allow yourself to be held in a community of care.
