This 10-week journey combines grief coaching, mindfulness, and embodiment practices to guide you in transforming the pain of loss into practical steps forward. Each week, you'll engage with proven tools, group support, and embodiment practices to process grief, reclaim your inner power, and heal with intention.

If you’ve been searching for coping tools, mindfulness practices, and a supportive community to help you navigate grief, this circle is for you. You’re open to embracing grief as a path to growth, healing, and self-discovery, and you’re ready to let go of what’s holding you back. If you want to honor your loved one while finding new meaning in life, this is the space where your healing journey can begin.
Week 1: Opening Ceremony
Set your intentions, share your grief story, and connect deeply with your loved one in a safe and supportive space. You’ll participate in a grounding meditation that helps you begin this journey with clarity and compassion, opening the door for the healing process to unfold.
Week 2: Barriers to Healthy Grief Processing
Explore cultural narratives that suppress grief, and recognize how these stories affect your healing. You’ll rewrite limiting beliefs and release emotional blocks with targeted embodiment practices that allow you to safely express anger, frustration, and grief.
Week 3: Meeting Yourself Where You’re At
Take an honest inventory of your emotional and physical state, using the Life Engagement and Emotional Barometer to assess where you need support. You’ll leave with actionable steps to create more balance, fostering self-compassion and the willingness to meet yourself where you are.
Week 4: Re-imagining Your Life
Reflect on how grief has changed you and begin to envision what’s next. Through heart-opening meditation and deep self-inquiry, you’ll create space for new possibilities in your life, strengthening your ability to reimagine your future with hope and intention.
Week 5: Finding Your Tribe
Grief can feel isolating, but this week, we’ll focus on building a support network. You’ll explore what healthy support looks like for you and identify the people who can truly help you heal. Through reflection and meditation, you’ll strengthen your ability to ask for support and deepen connections with your tribe.
Week 6: You Are Your Own Healer
Explore the body’s stress responses to grief and learn how to tune in to your triggers. With self-regulation tools like the FAITH Toolbox and the RAIN meditation, you’ll build new strategies to navigate emotional overwhelm and trust your body’s wisdom in healing.
Week 7: Transforming Your View
This week, we’ll address guilt, blame, and regret, and begin to release these emotions through reflective practices and embodiment. You’ll rewrite your story and learn powerful forgiveness practices to free yourself from emotional burdens.
Week 8: Continued Connections
Death doesn’t end a relationship; it evolves. You’ll explore meaningful ways to stay connected with your loved one and honor their memory through rituals and practices. We’ll dive into letter-writing exercises and discuss how to integrate spiritual practices that maintain this connection long after their physical presence is gone.
Week 9: Finding Meaning
Dive into your “why” and discover how your grief has reshaped your sense of purpose. You’ll identify your passions, strengths, and vision for the future. This week, you’ll create a vision board to represent your new goals and what you want to manifest in your life as you continue to heal.
Week 10: Closing Ceremony
n our final week, we’ll celebrate your transformation and the healing you’ve experienced. You’ll reflect on your journey, revisit your Life Engagement and Emotional Barometer to measure growth, and share your vision for the future. We’ll close with a collective card pull and a celebratory space to honor each other’s progress.
